Bring your Knowledge Library, RFP recommendations, and pursuits into ChatGPT or Claude. Once you connect Bidaya, your assistant answers from your firm's own work, so you stop copying and pasting.
Note: You need a Bidaya account and membership in at least one organization. The assistant connects as you, so it sees only what you can see in Bidaya.
Set up Bidaya
Choose your AI tool, then follow the steps.
ChatGPT
ChatGPT
Open Bidaya in ChatGPT. You can also find it in ChatGPT under Settings → Plugins.
Select Install plugin or Connect.
Sign in to Bidaya.
Review what ChatGPT will be able to do, then click Allow access. To use it, start a chat and type @Bidaya, or select + and choose Bidaya.
Note: In ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, and Edu, your workspace admin controls which apps you can use. If Bidaya shows Disabled by admin, ask them to enable it.
Claude
Claude
These steps work in claude.ai and the Claude desktop app. Once you connect, Bidaya also works in the Claude mobile app.
Select Connect to Claude.
Sign in to Bidaya. In the desktop app, this opens in your browser.
Click Allow access.
Bidaya now shows under Your connectors as Connected. In a chat, select +, then Connectors, and make sure Bidaya is on. When Claude asks to use a Bidaya tool, select Allow once or Always allow.
Note: On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds connectors for the organization. If you see Request instead of a connect button, select it to ask your Owner. Each person then connects with their own Bidaya account.

What you can ask
Your assistant can use Bidaya to:
Search your Knowledge Library: past proposals, resumes, project sheets, and the people, projects, and companies we've built from them.
Find opportunities: public RFPs and tenders from Canadian procurement portals, including by solicitation number, plus your organization's recommendations.
Review your pursuits: counts by stage, win rate, what's closing soon, and one pursuit's files and key dates.
Update a pursuit's stage: move a pursuit, or mark it Won, Lost, or No-Go. This is the only change it can make in Bidaya.
Send us feedback: report a wrong or missing answer to our team.
Try asking:
"Find open healthcare RFPs in Western Canada that fit our profile, and explain why each one is relevant."
"What experience can we use for a school-renovation proposal? Find relevant past projects and staff."
"Which of our pursuits close in the next two weeks, and who's assigned?"
"Mark the Calgary LRT pursuit as Submitted."
Tip: If you belong to more than one organization, name the one you mean, for example "In Acme Engineering, …". Otherwise we use your default organization.
Permissions and security
It acts as you. It uses your account and your role in each organization. It can't see organizations you haven't joined, and it never gets more access than you have.
Nothing connects without your approval. The sign-in screen shows what the app can do and which organizations it will reach.
It's mostly read-only. The only change it can make is a pursuit's stage, and your assistant usually asks you first.
There's no shared key. Everyone signs in with their own account.
Your AI provider's terms apply to what you share in a conversation, including Bidaya content.
Disconnect an app
Disconnect an app
In Bidaya, go to Settings → Your account → Connected apps.
Click Disconnect next to the app.
In the confirmation dialog (for example, Disconnect Claude?), click Disconnect.
The app loses access right away. You can connect it again at any time.
